SAB Bistro is one of the restaurants in San Fernando City which is I should say the gastronomic place in Pampanga for many famous restaurants that offers great food are situated here.
The whole place is in light color furniture and fixture which give us a light and positive feeling while dining. I like every details of this place perfect for intimate gathering with family and friends. The picture below is the previous location of the restaurant in Angeles City. Soon they will have another branch near Nepo Mall in the city proper.
This astonishing restaurant is complimented with sumptuous dishes freshly prepared by Chef Saira Yap, the owner. According to her, every dish in the menu are perfectly picked, mixing her personal favorites and her expertise in culinary during her study abroad.
Butternut Squash Soup
A very light soup to start the meal, I love the sweetness of the squash perfectly blended with cream.
A refreshing salad composed of mixed greens, cottage cheese, toasted walnuts, caramelized apple with raspberry vinaigrette. The mix of flavors and texture is superb, one of my favorite!
Buffalo wings & Vegetable Crudités with Blue Cheese Dip
A flavorful dish! I like the crispy and saucy chicken wings coated with tomato sauce. The blue cheese dip compliment the dish with vegetable crudites.
New Zealand mussels baked with herbs and cheese! This is a must try for those who love seafood.
Chicken Pesto Sandwich
Grilled Pesto Chicken, Shiitake mushrooms and mozzarella cheese in Ciabatta bread with Potato Chips. It’s a healthy sandwich with amazing presentation.
Chicken Enchilada Casserole
Shredded chicken with white sauce wrapped in soft flour tortilla, topped with sweet tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Pasta La Mer
Penne in seafood cream sauce topped with sauteed prawns. One of my favorite also, the pasta is al dente and the sauce is just right, the prawns are sauteed perfectly!
Seared Salmon with Spinacci
Pan seared Salmon with Spinacci sauce. I like the simplicity of this dish, something healthy and light dish.
Butterflied tiger prawns with Chef’s secret recipe topping and mozzarella cheese.
Grilled Chicken Fillet with Lemon Butter Sauce
Grilled chicken thigh with herbs and spices. The sauce says it all! Love the playful texture and flavor of this dish.
Grilled ribeye of Grade 4 Wagyu beef with herbs red wine sauce. A must try for those who love steak. It’s so tender and juicy.
Made from 100% Australian beef, is this no question one of their bestseller.
Red Velvet Cheesecake
I thought it’s just another cake, I’m wrong. It’s one of the best tasting cheesecake. 🙂 The sweetness of the cake and sourness of the cream cheese is battling in my mouth.
Deep fried Oreos dipped in doughnut batter, served with vanilla ice cream and hot fudge.A play of texture and flavors is just perfect. The presentation is superb!

SAB Bistro is one of the best restaurants in San Fernando City, not because we blog about it but as a Kapampangan, I already dine in different restaurants in the area and tasted their food.
