Miss Chey Evidente is the owner of the restaurant which is very hands on in the business to provide quality and delectable dishes to its customers. She is also a professional singer, you might saw her joining the band when you visit the place.

Keeping in mind that there are health conscious customers,  this restaurant is serving fresh salad such as Poke Salad which is made with marinated fresh fish with vegetables. I like this light and healthy salad. It’s a must try! 🙂

Pako Salad

A popular refreshing salad with salted egg on top. The freshness of the ingredients is evident in the taste.

Tempura Salad

I like the blend of fresh lettuce, crispy tempura and sesame soy dressing. 🙂

Sushi and Maki

They have well crafting Japanese sushi and maki made with quality and fresh ingredients. It’s a haven for Japanese food lovers out there. They look so lovely, you can say that they put so much effort in creating each of the dishes. It’s so intimidating to eat them actually! Lol! But we need to taste them.

Japanese Fried Chicken with a twist. Why not! Eating fried rich will never be boring with these chahan. Flavors are Beef, Chicken, Tuyo and Tinapa. I like the smoky taste of the Tinapa Chahan. 🙂

This restaurant is a must visit in Marisol Subdivision in Angeles City. My top pick are Poke Salad,  Tempura Salad, Salmon and Tuna Tacos, Teriyaki Burrito and of course their steaks. I will definitely go back to enjoy other dishes. Kudos to the Chef as he keeps on improving and creating new dishes. 🙂
