25 Seeds Restaurant of Chef Sau Del Rosario is a new farm to table restaurant located in Dycaico Ancestral House, Sto. Rosario, Angeles City. This restaurant focuses on providing delectable dishes which are majority of ingredients are from their own backyard farm or local produce. Chef Sau Del Rosario support local farmers which is I think a great advocacy as I myself salute Filipino farmers for their work hard just for us to have fresh and quality food in our table.
The restaurant’s ambiance is elegant yet not intimidating. The right mix of furniture and fixtures makes a homey feeling for every guest. The place is spacious, a perfect place to unwind and relax while enjoying their delectable offerings.
The menu is combination of Filipino, American, Korean, Chinese and Singaporean cuisines. Chef Sau’s experience in culinary and travel is evident in the selection of items in the menu mixing the best dishes and putting his personal take or version of each.
